A wonderfully powerful practical seminar conducted by Sifu Joan Browne in the beautiful Concert hall in the RDS, Ballsbridge, Dublin, Ireland.

Overview:

Project Zen is a new project organised by Sifu Joan to help spread the Shaolin Arts and also give back to the community.

Project Zen will help participants gain control of their lives holistically by learning the ancient elite and modern science art of Shaolin Cosmos
Chi Kung.

Project Zen Tickets are €300.00 for the weekend practical seminar. Accommodation is not included but a light lunch, book, handouts and personal training programme are included.

Project Zen seminar will be held in The stunning Concert Hall, RDS, Dublin, Ireland on September 3rd & 4th 2011.

 

Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung is a way of life, not just a ‘way’ but one of the most beautiful, simple, direct and effective ‘ways’ to live your life by
following some basic principles- Breathing, Smiling from the Heart, Energy Flow, Staying at your Dan Tian........

It was an elite art taught in the famous Shaolin Temple in China. Sifu Joan is an inner chamber disciple of Shaolin Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit and 5th Generation Lineage holder. She is an International teacher having taught in London, Manchester and Japan as well as all around Ireland. Course Details:

Aims:

1. To help people understand the benefits of practising a high level art like Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung.
2.To help participants understand how following some basic principles can have life changing positive effects in all areas of life.
3. To help participants deal with/overcome chronic pain.
4. To give participants an art to overcome fear and anxiety.
5. To help enhance the immune system of each participant.
6. To empower participants to take better care of themselves holistically.
7. To attain the highest level of work/life balance.

Objectives:

1) To be able to focus and relax in practice and life.
2) To enter a Chi Kung state of mind.
3) To tap energy from the cosmos.
4) To circulate an internal energy flow.
5) To learn the importance of Smiling from the Heart in daily life.
6) To learn the best available Chi Kung for good health, mental clarity, vitality, longevity and peace of mind.

Course Content:

1) Standing Meditation (Still Zen)
2) Regulating the circulation of Energy Flow (Moving Zen)
3) Shaolin Treasures- Lifting the Sky, Turning Head, Nourishing Kidneys, Carrying the Moon, Pushing Mountains, Big Windmill, Self Manifested Chi
Flow.

4) Understanding Stress: How is affects us on a physical, emotional, behavioural and social level and How to Deal with it.
5) Work/Life role play.

Expected results: (on the day)

1. Feel deeply relaxed, peaceful and connected.
2.Experience some internal chi or energy circulation /flow effects e.g warmth over the body, tingling sensations at the fingers or other body
parts, movement of chi underneath the skin.

3. Be able to tap energy from the Cosmos.
4. Be well able to circulate an internal energy flow.

Duration:

12 hours. (6 hours per day) 9am -5pm.

After the course:

Students who practice correctly after the course will find their health improve, pain relieved or disappearing, they will feel more hopeful,
confident and courageous, more compassionate, have more energy, increased mental clarity for decision making and a deep sense of
wellbeing.

Who may apply:

People who wish to enhance their health or overcome chronic and/or degenerative conditions, those who wish to have more energy, internal force, mental
clarity, feel more relaxed, those who are tired of being tired, sick of being sick and stressed from being stressed. People who have lost the connection to their core self and know that there is much more to life than pills, illness and stress..Those who wish to work from inside out! 

Current Shaolin Wahnam students are also eligible as they will be able to deepen their skill in all aspects of their training.
